Hosting and access data
This website is operated with the Wix website builder. The provider is Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) together with its group companies, including Wix.com, Inc. (USA). When you visit the website, Wix processes technically necessary data, for example your IP address, date and time, the pages viewed, and your browser and device. This is necessary for the operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data may be transferred to countries outside the EU and Switzerland in the process. Wix relies on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses for this.

Contact form
If you request the brochure or write to us using the form, we process your name, your email address, the apartment you selected, your message, and the date and time of the request. We need this information to send you the documents by automated email (download links to the brochure and the sales plans), to answer your questions and to advise you on your purchase.
The legal basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures) and your consent to be contacted, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. We only send further follow-up emails if you have agreed to this.
Disclosure of data
Your enquiry is sent to us and to RE/MAX Bülach (Antonio Handler), which is commissioned with advice and sales, so that you can be advised personally. RE/MAX Bülach receives only the data of your enquiry and has no further access to the data of this website. Service providers that support us in operating the website, for example Wix for hosting, forms and email dispatch, process data only on our behalf. If a purchase takes place, we pass on the necessary details to the notary and the authorities. We do not sell your data.
Storage period
We store enquiry data for as long as the enquiry is being handled and then for a maximum of 24 months, unless a statutory retention obligation applies. If a purchase takes place, the statutory retention periods apply. Wix deletes access data according to its own retention periods.
Data security
Transmission on this website is encrypted using TLS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Automated individual decision-making does not take place.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Please write to us at sales@mythen-immo.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Croatian data protection authority AZOP (azop.hr), the authority at your place of residence or, in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
